REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Happy Limitless India Private Limited provides customized modular interiors, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, and full home modular solutions. As most of our products are made-to-order based on customer-specific requirements, our refund and cancellation terms differ from those applicable to ready-made products.
1. Order Booking and Design Stage
· A booking amount of up to 10% of the preliminary quotation is collected to initiate the project.
· Within 24–48 hours of receiving the booking amount, the company may start services such as site visit, measurement, design consultation, concept planning, and related professional work.
· This initial booking amount is non-refundable once such activities have been initiated.
2. Design Finalisation and 50% Payment
· After design discussions, once layouts, finishes, colours, and specifications are approved, 50% of the order value is required to confirm the order and release it to production.
· Once the order is moved into production, cancellation is not permitted and no refund is applicable, as materials, production capacity, and resources are allocated specifically for that project.
3. Balance Payment and Dispatch
· 100% payment is required before dispatch of materials from the factory.
· Where products are already produced or kept ready for dispatch, refusal or delay in taking delivery by the customer does not make the order refundable.
· Storage, holding, or re-delivery charges may apply where necessary.
4. Cancellation Policy
· Cancellation before site measurement or design work begins, and before any service has started, may be considered on a case-to-case basis and may attract administrative charges.
· Cancellation after design work, site visits, or measurements have started will make the booking amount non-refundable.
· Cancellation after the 50% production payment is made is not permitted.
5. Refund Policy
· Refunds, where approved as an exception before any substantial work has commenced, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
· Payment gateway charges, transaction charges, or bank charges may be deducted where applicable.
· No cash refunds will be issued.
6. Changes, Modifications, and Reworks
· Customer-requested changes after design finalisation may attract additional charges and may extend timelines.
· Any remanufacturing or rework arising from revised customer requirements shall be chargeable as per the revised quotation.
7. Damage, Defects, and Warranty Support
· In case of manufacturing defects or transit damage identified at the time of delivery or installation, the company may repair or replace the affected components in accordance with its service and warranty terms.
· Replacement or rectification is the primary remedy, and monetary refunds are generally not offered for customized products once manufactured and delivered.
