These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of products and services from Happy Limitless India Private Limited. By accessing the website and placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.
1. Company and Services
- Happy Limitless India Private Limited is engaged in customized modular interiors, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, storage solutions, and full home interiors.
- Services may include design consultation, site measurement, manufacturing of modular components, delivery, and installation, as per the agreed scope.
2. Customized Products
- Most products are tailor-made based on approved measurements, designs, colours, finishes, and customer requirements.
- As these are customized products, standard return policies applicable to general retail or mass-produced goods do not apply.
3. Pricing, Quotations, and Taxes
- Quotations are indicative and based on current designs, dimensions, material selections, and site conditions.
- Final pricing may change if there are any changes in scope, measurements, materials, finishes, accessories, or site-related requirements.
- Applicable taxes, including GST, shall be charged as per prevailing law.
4. Payment Terms
- Up to 10% of the preliminary quotation may be collected as a booking amount to initiate design and project-related services.
- After design finalisation and approval, 50% of the order value is required to commence production.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full before dispatch of materials from the factory and/or before commencement of major on-site execution, as applicable.
- Payments may be made through online payment gateway, bank transfer, cheque, or any other approved mode.
5. Delivery, Shipment, and Installation
- For stock-ready products available in the required colour, finish, and size, dispatch is generally done within 24–48 hours of receipt of full payment.
- For customized products, estimated dispatch and installation timelines are communicated during order confirmation and may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, project size, and production scheduling.
- Installation is scheduled subject to delivery, site readiness, manpower availability, and payment clearance.
- Delays caused by transport issues, labour conditions, site unpreparedness, raw material shortages, local restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control may affect timelines.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer must provide accurate billing, contact, shipping, and site details.
- The site must be ready for installation with required civil, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and finishing work completed as applicable.
- Delay in site readiness may delay project execution and handover.
7. Design Ownership
- All drawings, layouts, concepts, 3D views, and related creative materials shared by the company remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Such materials may not be copied, reused, transferred, or executed through third parties without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The company’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the relevant order, subject to applicable law.
- The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delay-related losses caused by third-party contractors, site issues, or misuse.
9. Warranty and After-Sales Service
- Warranty terms for boards, hardware, accessories, and other components shall be as specified in the invoice, order document, or warranty document.
- Warranty applies to manufacturing defects under normal use and does not cover damage caused by leakage, misuse, pests, structural movement, or other external conditions.
- Service visits outside warranty or arising due to site conditions may be chargeable.
10. Payment Gateway and Settlement
- Online payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay.
- Customers may be redirected to a secure payment environment to complete payment.
- The company does not store full card or net banking details on its own servers.
- Settlement timelines from the payment gateway to the company bank account are governed by the payment gateway’s standard processing cycle.
11. Changes to Policies and Terms
- Happy Limitless India Private Limited may revise these Terms & Conditions, Delivery & Shipment Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
- Revised versions shall become effective upon being posted on the website.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
