Happy Limitless India Private Limited specializes in customized modular interior solutions, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, and full home interiors. As our products are largely made-to-order, our delivery and shipment timelines differ from standard ready-to-dispatch e-commerce products.

  1. Order Processing Timeline

  • Upon receipt of the booking amount, typically up to 10% of the preliminary quotation, project initiation begins within 24–48 hours.

  • Initial activities may include site measurement, site visit, design consultation, concept planning, and technical discussion.

  • Detailed design finalization, including finishes, colours, layouts, and specifications, is completed through multiple client discussions and approvals.

  1. Production Timeline

  • Once the design is finalized and approved, a further 50% payment is required to confirm the order and release it to production.

  • Production generally begins immediately upon receipt of this payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • As most products are customized, manufacturing timelines vary depending on project size, design complexity, selected materials, and production scheduling.

  1. Dispatch Policy

  • 100% payment of the order value is required before dispatch of materials from the factory.

  • For ready-to-dispatch products or available inventory in the desired colour, finish, and size, dispatch is generally completed within 24–48 hours of receipt of full payment.

  • For customized orders, dispatch timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation and may vary depending on production status and order scope.

  1. Delivery and Installation

  • Delivery timelines depend on project size, customer location, logistics coordination, and site readiness.

  • On-site installation work is scheduled promptly after delivery and receipt of all due payments.

  • For projects involving on-site services or execution support, work may begin immediately after payment confirmation and scheduling.

  1. Delays and Exceptions

  • While every effort is made to adhere to committed timelines, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our reasonable control, including material shortages, supply chain disruptions, transport issues, labour availability, site readiness issues, customization complexities, or force majeure events.

  • In such cases, revised timelines will be communicated to the customer.

  1. Payment Gateway and Settlement Note

  • As a customized manufacturing and service business, project-related activity starts within 24–48 hours of receiving the booking amount.

  • This includes design allocation, technical consultation, site measurement planning, project coordination, and production preparation.

  • Since substantial service and operational commitments begin immediately after order booking, payment settlements are essential for uninterrupted execution of customer projects.
